      Job Description

      Support the manufacturing areas by minimizing downtime, increasing productivity, and maintaining the overall production system as well as company policies and procedures.

      Responsibilities

      • Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform.
      • Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities.
      • Perform general building maintenance.
      • Oversee machines in Sewing area, Assembly area, and Injection Molding area.
      • Manage machine uptime/downtime.
      • Maintain hydraulic equipment, including metal presses.
      • Schedule documents daily.
      • Utilize PLC knowledge (experience logging in required, no editing).
      • Read industrial electrical schematics.
      • Understand servo motion.
      • Maintain good interpersonal skills.
      • Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment.

      Essential Skills

      • Maintenance technician experience.
      • Hydraulics maintenance.
      • Press maintenance.
      • PLC troubleshooting.
      • Ability to read schematics.
      • Experience with pneumatics.
      • Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
      • Mechanical troubleshooting.
      • Hydraulics and welding skills.
      • Fabrication knowledge.
      • Maintenance support and electrical troubleshooting.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • 2-5 years of experience in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
      • Knowledge of metal stamping presses is strongly preferred.
      • High School diploma or GED required.
      • Industrial Maintenance Associate degree preferred.
      • PLC training (more experience offers higher pay).
      • Circuit motion experience.
      • Formal hydraulic training.
      • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
      • Basic writing and comprehension skills.
      • Field sketching for fabrication.
      • Robotics and automated welding skills.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $64664.00 - $72904.00/yr.
