      Your Next Role: Maintenance Technician

      As a Maintenance Technician, you're the heartbeat of our community, ensuring comfort, safety, and seamless living experiences for our residents. From HVAC to appliance repairs, you bring skill, efficiency, and a solutions-driven mindset to every corner of the property.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Tackle daily maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more.

      • Respond to resident service requests with urgency and professionalism.

      • Complete preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance.

      • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and property issues.

      • Prepare units for new residents with quality repairs and detailed turnover work.

      • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and a polished community environment.

      • Collaborate with your Maintenance Manager and team to prioritize daily needs.

      • Partner with vendors when needed and ensure quality control on outsourced work.

      • Uphold safety standards and comply with all building regulations.

      • Support curb appeal with exterior upkeep, landscaping, and cleanliness.

      • Be available for weekend and on-call rotations as scheduled.

      What You Bring:

      • 1+ year of multifamily maintenance experience.

      • Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

      • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented approach.

      • A passion for customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

      • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

      • Familiarity with property management systems and tech tools.

      • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to grow and learn with the team.
