Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks on various machinery and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
• Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment, and implement repair plans.
• Replace and install parts and components as needed.
• Assemble, install, and maintain various machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company procedures, rules, and regulations.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in maintaining various types of machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to identify potential faults and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact with management and colleagues.
• Experience with 3-phase systems and Allen-Bradley equipment.
• Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, conveyor systems, welding, blueprints, HVAC, and schematic knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician.
• Over 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Welding certification through Lincoln Tech.
• Mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Hydraulic/pneumatic experience.
• Preventive maintenance experience.
• Prior industrial maintenance experience.

You will be working in a climate-controlled facility with a first shift schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
