- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment, and implement repair plans.
- Replace and install parts and components as needed.
- Assemble, install, and maintain various machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Proficiency in maintaining various types of machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to identify potential faults and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with management and colleagues.
- Experience with 3-phase systems and Allen-Bradley equipment.
- Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, conveyor systems, welding, blueprints, HVAC, and schematic knowledge.
- Proven experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician.
- Over 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Welding certification through Lincoln Tech.
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Hydraulic/pneumatic experience.
- Preventive maintenance experience.
- Prior industrial maintenance experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
