- Perform industrial maintenance on washers, dryers, and conveyor systems.
- Utilize knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and relays.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair tasks for various mechanical systems.
- Execute preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain boiler, electrical, and lubrication systems.
- Work with Variable Speed Drives (VSD) to enhance system performance.
- 5+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience for Technician 2.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience for Technician 1.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with PLC control and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems.
- Experience with UMMS/CMMS systems for tracking and updating work orders.
- Skill in using multimeter for diagnostics.
- Familiarity with conveyor maintenance.
- Capability in industrial washer and dryer maintenance.
- Mechanical aptitude and machine repair skills.
- Understanding of electronics, wiring, relay systems, and welding.

Job Description
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team, with two openings available: Maintenance Technician 1 and Maintenance Technician 2. This role involves performing industrial maintenance on washers, dryers, and conveyor systems, utilizing your expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and relays. You will be responsible for both maintenance orders and preventative maintenance tasks.

Work Environment
Join our team in an industrial laundry facility that values safety and offers a relaxed dress code. You will be part of a collaborative environment with a Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, and other maintenance staff. Protective gear, such as masks and boots, is required for safety. Expect 6-12 hours of overtime per week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $64480.00/yr.
