  Job Title: Maintenance Technician

  Job Description

  As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing support and repairs to various machinery in the production areas, as well as the equipment and systems within the building.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on all machinery during shift.
  • Troubleshoot all plant maintenance issues during shift, as requested.
  • Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure adequate repair parts are stocked.
  • Use MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventory.
  • Make recommendations for equipment improvements.
  • Assist with set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications.
  • Strive for continuous improvement of equipment.
  • Serve as an example for housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Ensure daily preventive maintenance tasks are performed and recorded.
  • Enter all Work Order Requests into automated tracking system.
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping and reporting of Work Order Request information.

  Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and correct machine issues.
  • PLC troubleshooting and control knowledge.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with preventive maintenance.
  • Capability to make equipment improvement recommendations.
  • Strong recordkeeping and reporting skills.

  The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $73000.00/yr.
