      MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

      To install, maintain, and repaid plumping systems and fixtures, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of water and drainage in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

      1. Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
      2. Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, and pipefitting
      3. Proficient in reading plans and technical diagrams
      4. Use of hand and power tools
      5. Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
      6. knowledge in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
      7. Knowledge in using woodworking tools and machinery

      REQUIRED EDUCATION

      A relevant technical diploma or trade certificate from an internationally accredited institution

      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

      At least 2 years' relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting

      REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

      • Building management systems and lighting control systems
      • Knowledge of current wiring regulations
      • Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards
