Job Description
- Req#: 3398
- Installing motors and pumps
- Stainless steel welding
- Maintaining ammonia refrigeration equipment
- Boiler operation
- Preventative maintenance and electrical troubleshooting
- Work with pneumatics, instrumentation, HVAC, record keeping, and more
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a general maintenance exam
- Willing to use a forklift (training is provided)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Participation in team environment
- Food processing experience preferred, or experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Electro-Mechanical Technology degree or related education desired
- Experience with ammonia systems, welding, boilers, cooling towers, pumps and motors, electrical
- Able to read and understand standard operating procedures
- Prior PLC experience is helpful, programming and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of GMP's and OSHA is highly desirable
- Experience with single phase and three phase power
