      Overview

      The Peninsula Regent is hiring!

      Wages: $27-29

      What you'll be doing: Performing maintenance, repairs and minor improvements to the community’s building(s) and equipment in an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture.

      Work Schedule - 9am-5:30pm Friday, Saturday Sunday/ 3:00pm-11:30pm

      How you'll do it:

      • Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
      • As part of the daily preventative maintenance plan, perform a variety of duties including drywall and wood repair and light painting.
      • Clean and organize respective areas as assigned.
      • Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance to general electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and equipment.
      • Provide response to community alarms and emergencies as directed. May provide “first responder” duties to building alarms and emergencies in conjunction with security team and local agencies.
      • Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in the event of an emergency.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      About you:

      • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in carpentry, general building repair, or a related field.
      • Certified pool operators (CPO) license or certification preferred.
      • CPR/AED and First Aid certification upon hire or w/in 90 days of hire.
      • Ability to use ladders and basic hand tools.
      • Skills in the operation, repair, and maintenance of shop equipment and tools.
      • Ability to read and understand labels.
      • Good oral and written communications skills.
      • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
