Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Required Experience:

• 1+ years relevant Maintenance experience
• Specialty in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical

Required Qualifications:

• WA State Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Safe Driving Record
• Ability to pass drug screen, background checks, and reference checks.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call program.

Job Duties:

• Reviews manufacturers' service manuals, own establishment's usage schedules, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance.
• Repair machinery and equipment as directed after consultation with Director of Facilities.
• Work with outside contractors and assesses their performance.
• Estimates costs of parts and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance.
• Maintains records of planned and completed maintenance.
• Responds to work requests through the work order system as designated.
• Assists with set-up and break down of facility events and activities, as needed.
