Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining production stamping presses, robotic weld machines, and other plant equipment and facilities
• The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• The maintenance technician needs to have a strong background in diagnosing and troubleshooting stamping press repairs, as that is the biggest problem currently faced
• The maintenance technician will also assist around the plant with preventative maintenance, facilities upkeep, and ensuring continuous production

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production stamping presses and robotic weld machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot stamping press issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facilities
• Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Set up and repair machinery
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Assist with coil changes and feeder operations

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in stamping press maintenance
• Mechanical troubleshooting on press components, pumps, gears, and motors (hydraulics and pneumatics)
• Electrical troubleshooting on sensors, 3-phase motors, 480V, 240V systems
• Proficiency in welding (MIG) and fabrication
• Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and electrical wiring
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and facility upkeep

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Working thru new benefits package and working with the US to match the market
Starting from the ground up; would help get to make the plant what it is.
They just launched their 3rd shift
