- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools, and examining form and texture of parts.
- Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts and using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
- Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance.
- Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance repair.
- Ability to work with blueprints, schematic drawings, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, service, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with three-phase systems.
- Knowledge of maintenance technician duties.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
2 weeks PTO, paid holidays, 401k company match
