Job Description
- Req#: MAINT003651
- Maintenance of the property grounds, common areas, and units
- Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial tasks
- Prioritize work orders & complete service requests
- Shuttle vehicles to and from mechanic shop
- Maintain stock of supplies and distribute throughout campus
- Clean & valid driver's license & pass a background check
- Multifamily maintenance technician experience
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to be physically active throughout the day and lift 50 lbs.
- Speak and understand English
