Job Description
- Req#: 133491BR
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bethpage (NY) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- Candidate should be willing to work in EST time zone.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 2 of year experience in Develop and implement processes and procedures for incident management
- Maintain business level knowledge of what are the key applications and systems for each product and service line
- Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data to identify incident trends and solutions while working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Can translate technical details of failure modes service impacting events into business and customer impacts.
- Work on Root Cause Analysis & accordingly communicate to the relevant Stakeholders
- Proficiency in incident response, infrastructure, ITIL, metrics, production environment, incident reports, technical issues, NOC (Network Operations Center), client-facing, network operations, Java, mainframe, and SharePoint.

- Aptitude to multi-task in dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes is of advantage
