  Job Title: Make Ready Technician

  Job Description

  We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant units for occupancy. This role involves general cleaning, interior painting, and maintaining the organization of the maintenance shop. You will also be responsible for retaining accurate records of repairs and punches, general upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds, and assisting in snow removal as necessary.

  Responsibilities

  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy through general cleaning.
  • Perform interior painting regularly.
  • Maintain the organization of the maintenance shop.
  • Retain accurate records of repairs and punches.
  • Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.
  • Assist in snow removal as necessary.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a construction/handyman field

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00/yr.
