      The Pharmacy Graduate, will participate in a 12-month post-PharmD training program with a primary focus on Provider Experience, including but not limited to, the use of digital applications, data, and insights to enable informed provider decisions. The Provider Experience Pharmacy Resident will gain managed care proficiency through in-depth longitudinal rotations and as well as enterprise-wide exploratory rotations, while delivering clinical support to the Academic Detailing, Data and Analytics, and Digital Solutions teams.

      Responsibilities:


      • Review of medication therapy regimens and provide appropriate recommendations
      • Identify and create provider communication strategies and alternative methods
      • Utilize data and analytical tools to identify pharmacy and medical intervention opportunities
      • Provide reporting and clinical expertise to key provider support departments
      • Develop educational information for internal staff, as well as pharmacy and provider partners, to improve medication affordability and quality
      • Development and administration of projects


      Minimum Requirements:


      • Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
      • Eligible for licensure as a pharmacist within first 90 days (any recognized US state)
      • Knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
      • Written/verbal proficiency

      If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

      For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 36 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

      This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
