- Experience in leading and developing a team of managers and individual contributors.
- Solid understanding of the Managed Services business and its end-to-end processes
- Ability to apply sound commercial judgement to build solutions that maximize value to customers.
- Track record of managing large Solution/Services led deals, including combination of multi -business unit/product line engagements, and achievement large Total Contract Value quota
- Proven ability in working across organizations to drive desired results
- Experience in developing executive level customer relationships, including effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or master’s degree in Business Administration
- 5+ years’ experience in consultative selling in the technology industry
- 5+ years’ experience in people management

Managed Services Solutions Director – North America
We are looking for a talented individual to lead and develop a team of consultants focused on growing the Managed Services business in North America. This position supports the North America Sales teams and is responsible for leading a team of business and technology consultants engaged in sales development activities, deal qualification, deal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and signature of Managed Services contracts. This role’s key performance indicators are: Total Contract Value (TCV) quota achievement, Revenue and Gross Margin.
