      Role Description

      Responsible for supporting the divisional financial planning, analysis and reporting activities for the UK sales company.

      Responsibilities & Key Tasks

      Co-ordination for sales company monthly closing activities

      Sales and margin analysis (volume, price, mix) versus budget and forecast

      Business Intelligence (BI)/Data Warehouse financial reporting

      Warranty and rebate calculation and analysis

      Freight and landed cost analysis

      Overhead cost analysis, including accrual and provision requirements

      Completion of sales company group reporting packages with full explanation and deviation analysis

      Preparation of monthly management accounts and divisional review presentations

      Forecasting – preparation and review of divisional monthly P&L forecast requirements

      Budgeting - preparation of divisional annual budgets and reporting packages

      Coupa – control of sales company business spend purchase order processes and accurate general ledger account coding

      Ad-hoc business support projects

      Additional Skills/Qualifications Required

      Qualified or Finalist ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 1-3 years relevant experience

      Knowledge and experience of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence software packages

      Advanced Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills

      Strong analytical and good communication skills

      Experience of SAP/JDE ERP systems and Group Reporting packages (AARO)

      Project finance lead experience
