As our Management Accounts Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategy, improving processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely monthly Management Accounts. You’ll also lead the team through an exciting ERP transition, ensuring success every step of the way.

      Skills Set for Success:
      Ideally you are a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with a keen eye for detail with experience using an ERP system and analysing large volumes of data to support decision-making

      You will be an authentic leader, with a focus on developing a high performing team.

      The confidence to challenge the status quo, simplify processes, and free up resources to optimise processes with simplicity at the core.

      You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, forming trusted and lasting partnerships.
