Overview VTG is seeking a Management Analyst II-V-22 (Maintenance Integrator) located in Huntsville, Alabama (virtual) to provide site lead support and coordination for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) MV-22 Inventory Management (MVIM) Program. Report directly to the MVIM/VFORCE Program Manager within the V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275). Primary duties will be to provide site lead support and coordination for MVIM aircraft located at two sites, Meridianville and Huntsville, Alabama, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance oversight of MV-22 aircraft and associated equipment to support MVIM inductions and fleet reconstitution within thirty days of Type Series Commander (TYCOM) direction. What will you do? MVIM Management Analyst II shall provide Program Management support and coordination by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Support the program manager for the Reconstitution Reserve/Flyable Storage Organization Unit and programs. Determine, coordinate, and ensure effective fleet utilization. Manage, coordinate, and communicate fleet support, status, and utilization issues with relevant units, including PMA-275, HQMC, TYCOM, WING ALD, MAG AMO, NAVSUP, Lakehurst, Indian Head, Prototype Integration Facility, Army Contracting Command, and DoD fleet managers. Review and coordinate statements of work and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) requirements. Perform fleet management and operations analysis. Manage the Organizational, Intermediate, Depot, and Technical Directive programs to maintain the ability to reconstitute an aircraft back to the fleet within 30 days of request as Mission Capable. Support all contract and NAVAIR requirements related to determining required maintenance. Obtain authorizations and ensure compliance with maintenance guidelines. Prepare and manage reports and records for management or transfer between CNAF TYCOM and NASC FS custody. Conduct long-term scheduling and oversee maintenance production and performance. Track, analyze, and report statistical metric data to evaluate the overall material conditions of the MVIM aircraft. Establish and manage all required maintenance efforts in accordance with NAMP 4790.2 series, DCMA INST 8210, and OPNAVINST 3710. Provide program oversight, report damage, and ensure budgetary funds are programmed and available. Determine, coordinate, and ensure timely development of operational and maintenance plans. Assign work priorities and schedule vehicles and equipment for repair, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Support the conduct maintenance planning meetings. Manage production workload and MEL requirements to maintain minimum fleet levels. Analyze, plan, and control production independently to meet deadlines efficiently and economically. Manage, formulate, and perform analytical data reviews on various program functions. Serve as the primary account custodian for all government reports, including Naval Messages, Mishaps, Technical Directives, Aircraft Transfer Order, Pyrotechnic and Explosives, Aircraft Material Reporting System, COMNAVINST 4790, Naval Aircraft System Command Fleet Support (NASC FS), TYCOM, and PMA-275. Collect, consolidate, analyze, and reconcile variances to ensure data integrity within associated programs. Manage Contractor and Government Materiel Control functions. Oversee delayed parts, bench stock, and working stock. Initiate, monitor, and follow up on part requests. Check, verify, and revalidate all parts requirements. Track Non-Mission Capable Status (NMCS) reportable vehicles using the mission capability (MICAP) reporting system. Coordinate all repair cycle asset matters, including set up, inventory, reconciliation, and management of supply points. Manage the turn-in of serviceable and unserviceable assets. Monitor Due In From Maintenance (DIFM) assets. Manage Operational (O), Intermediate (I), and Depot(D) level Technical Directives (TDs) and bulletins. Takes action to order and follow up on needed parts kits for each TD. Plans and schedules TD incorporation within requirements for MVIM flyable storage. This position requires approximately 50% travel to various locations for MVIM coordination, including MVIM in Huntsville, Alabama, San Diego, CA, Jacksonville, NC, Cherry Point, NC, and Patuxent River, MD. Do you have what it takes? Education: Associates degree. Allowable Substitution: An additional five (5) years of USMC Fleet experience may be substituted for an Associates degree. Experience - At least six (6) years of experience in USMC operational/maintenance management. Experience must demonstrate the ability to perform independent work to provide maintenance management oversight in support of DoD weapons systems and equipment. Work hours will be in direct support of the client; therefore, hours may be fluid at times in order to meet customer/operational requirements. Work schedule flexibility is required.
