Job Description

- You are responsible for travel arrangements, document handling and business correspondence for your function leaders
- You organize, prepare and administer meetings with agenda
- You follow-up on various assignments resulting from said meetings
- You handle budgetary topics such as expense reports & purchase orders
- You are responsible for some staff related activities such as onboarding & offboarding, team absence administration & logistics for team events
- You support managers’ attendance at marketing related activities both inside and outside Worldline by being in charge of the organization around events such as roadshows and conferences
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with Executive Committee (ExCom) members and high-profile external stakeholders.
- Excellent situational awareness, with the ability to navigate complex environments and identify key priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, including the ability to anticipate needs and suggest organizational improvements to prevent future issues (e.g., resolving potential scheduling conflicts in advance).
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proven capacity to manage and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS 365 suite is required.
