- Senior Consultant with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience - $110,000 to $150,000+

- Document, produce, and present clear and concise deliverables and artifacts.
- Manage project tasks such as identifying and mitigating risks, creating status notes, tracking action items, scheduling meetings, and budget tracking.
- Maintain the project timeline and follow up on action items to guarantee completion of tasks.
- Foster a positive relationship between the client, vendor, and EAG project team.
- Lead meetings with client personnel and vendors, including their executives.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients and internal resources to review deliverables.
- Identify risks and collaborate with the Project Lead to mitigate them.
- Travel approximately once per month to client sites.
- All Consultant responsibilities.
- Independently run client meetings and be the main point of contact for the client.
- Plan Data Cutover Tasks and post Go-Live Support.
- Monitor and anticipate project overages that will necessitate a change order, fully document the reasons, the impact on timing, any additional costs, and provide advocacy for the change request process.
- Prepare weekly budget-to-actuals and monitor and report on anticipated project overages.
- Track and ensure the completion of all project deliverables and project tasks.
- All Consultant and Senior Consultant responsibilities.
- Be the lead advisor on projects.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure the completion of all project deliverables and project tasks, including Data Migration, in time for a quality review before client meetings.
- Document project details and direct others on the client, vendor, and EAG team for follow-up and resolution of open items or issues.
- Join Sales calls as a Subject Matter Expert as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for Optimization efforts post Go-Live.
- Two or more years of consulting experience in Professional Services, Big 4 Consulting, or comparable experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or Computer Information Systems.
- Experience managing clients through successful ERP software implementations in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Professional Services, Field Services, Construction, Nonprofit, Energy, and Technology.
- Exposure to prevalent software packages including NetSuite, Microsoft, Acumatica, Infor, Epicor, Sage, Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.
- Strong familiarity with business processes analysis including but not limited to: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Design to Build, and Lead to Quote.
- Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Smartsheet preferred.
- Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Your schedule: Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5 pm.
