  Management Trainee Program aims to create a unique and fast-paced career experience for ambitious young talents in JTI Vietnam.   WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  To develop a deep understanding of our business, you will be immersed into functional areas of Marketing & Operations during 3 assignments in over the 2-year program.

  • Commercial Planning: Work in close collaboration with Sales & Field Marketing (FM) leaders & provide sales, programs and business intelligence reports, tracking via dashboards with analysis to Commercial Planning Manager (CMP); provide necessary support to the CPM to create, calculate and analyze sales incentive scheme of Sales & FM; support in the KPI & coverage performance analysis of Sales & FM. This general role is to provide necessary information’s and data analysis relevant to channel strategy & sales planning process.
  • Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence: Support development of consumer/trade research and perform ad hoc analysis about pricing, products, programs, etc.
  • Channel Planning: Work with Commercial Planning Manager (CPM) on the volume forecasting from bottom-up annual forecasts, periodic monitoring of volume performance vs objectives and analysis. Program review and analyze all GT/KA/HRC trade programs, investments and provide opportunities to Operations and FM Team.

  At the end of 24 months after 3 assignments, you will be assigned to your first entry-level management role in Marketing & Operations function which best suits your qualifications and career aspirations.

  WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Graduated with Bachelor or Master’s degree with Economics/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration or other relevant majors, and less than 2 years of work experience
  • Minimum GPA from 3.0 or equivalent
  • Good commercial, analytical, and entrepreneur mindset
  • Proactive, resilient, curious and open to feedback
  • Attention to details and highly self-discipline
  • Ample experiences in leading at work or/and school projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill and proven team player
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
  • Good writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Vietnamese nationality only
  • Be willing to relocate domestically within Vietnam or internationally
