      Launch your career as a Management Trainee (f/m/d) in our Polysilicon for assignments e.g. at our
      Burghausen (Bavaria), Nünchritz (Saxony) or Chattanooga (Tennesse, USA) site starting in October 2025.

      Our 18-month management trainee program in the field of polysilicon processing introduce you to the areas of production, engineering, quality assurance and innovation management and integrate you into our day-to-day business.

      Your responsibilities

      • Identifying, initiating and introducing improvements and innovations, e.g. new products and processes, across individual facilities and sites
      • Plant-specific and (automated) production technologies
      • Safeguarding leadership in terms of technology, quality and costs
      • Conceptual design and implementation of a global and interdisciplinary offensive for the enhancement of semiconductor standards and improvement of product and process quality, taking into account (investment) costs and profitability
      • Evaluation and reduction of quality risks in production
      • Supporting interdisciplinary global projects, e.g. prioritizing and monitoring targets, while liaising with the leadership team and numerous stakeholders

      Your qualifications

      • Outstanding performance in the completion of a Master’s degree in natural sciences or engineering (awarded by a university) in the fields of physics, mechanical process engineering, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering (a doctorate is desirable)

      • Excellent ability to think in an analytical, structured and interconnected manner as well as a very high level of innovation and a high affinity for projects and technology

      • Excellent German and English (level C1) skills

      • A passion for networking and a love of interdisciplinary teamwork

      • A talent for communication and an outstanding ability to apply your expertise to the search for lasting solutions

      • Candidates are expected to be highly mobile and to already possess suitable experience
