  Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Salesforce
  We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Fresher to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Fresher, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in Salesforce technology.

  Responsibilities

  • Assist in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Learn and apply Salesforce best practices in various functional areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications.
  • Provide support in data migration, integration, and maintenance activities.

  Qualifications we seek in you!
  Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals or completion of Salesforce certification courses (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of API integrations and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
