- Collect quantitative & qualitative data from market & propose & plan strategy with own ground & online campaigns from planning to execution.
- Support marketing team in daily administrative activities
- Support marketing for execution on brand strategy
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) /Funnels
- Play pivotal role in organising 3P & marketing events (End to end)
- Coordination with supply chain & RA teams for supporting on smooth product supply.
- Managing/ Developing the sales of given territory for min 6 months.
- Managing/ supporting customers on implants & Instruments.
- Support to develop sales support materials on technical product information, cost benefit analysis and other areas relevant to product promotion.
- Develop innovative ideas to support sales initiatives & Track progress of plans and their impact on business and implement corrective actions in consultation with sales/franchise/account managers.
- Education: MBA or equivalent from top tier business school; Preferable to have healthcare background like Doctor, Para Medics, Biotech engineer, etc.
- Licenses/ Certifications: Proficiency in MS Excel & Power point presentation
- Experience: Preferably Beginner or max -3 years work expereince
- Competences: Go getter attitude, Responsibility & ownership capability, Strong interpersonal skills, Networking capability, constant learning attitude , Time management , punctuality & humbleness, passion for problem solving, positive co-working attitude with people, data analytics.
- Physical Demands: Follow the industry dress codes norms (business professional attire)
- Travel Requirements: 40–50%

Role: Management Trainee - (Recon Marketing & Sales)

Management Trainee (MT) to be responsible for supporting Marketing to Develops and implements marketing plan, to achieve business plan objectives. MT will conduct investigative research to assess brand image, market share and growth opportunities. Support to manages advertising, launch and promotional activities and brand development of product assigned. Monitors sales performance and effectiveness of marketing activities. He/ She shall report to the Marketing Lead and help in delivering the product budgets of the year. MT should also support developing sales function for given territory for min 6 months by meeting customers, attending the procedures, supporting the customer on implants & instruments.
