- Maintain a day-one mindset, challenge the status quo, and foster an open mindset within the team.
- Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and deliverables, and communicate transparently about rationales.
- Be transparent with team members about evaluation processes and share progress regularly.
- Remove barriers to enable the team to move quickly.
- Support team members' growth and learning by developing personalized growth plans.
- Handle pivots and scope changes effectively.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical leader of software engineering teams successfully delivering customer-driven products.
- Proven experience leading positive change, empowering teams, cultivating technology visions, and fostering innovative solutions.
- Ability to articulate product vision and drive future roadmaps with strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinking and action for all stakeholders.
- 8-12+ years of hands-on software development experience in front-end (React, JSP, GraphQL, etc.) and backend technologies (Java, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, SaaS, and/or mobile technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience.

Compensation and Benefits
Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base salary range for this position in the Bay Area, California, is $206,500 - $279,500.
This role is eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs. For more information, please visit Intuit: Careers | Benefits.
