- - Oversee daily execution of 340B contract pharmacy operations including pricing, replenishment, and third-party administration.
- - Ensure audit compliance by implementing robust documentation, reporting, and corrective action mechanisms.
- - Develop dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarks for execution performance using PowerBI and Databricks.
- - Collaborate with analytics, compliance, and operational teams to identify and resolve program gaps.
- - Continuously optimize operational workflows leveraging automation and EMR data integration.
- - Lead client-facing performance reviews and support contract negotiations from an execution standpoint.
- - 5–8 years in 340B program operations, health system contracting, or pharmacy compliance roles.
- - Strong command of 340B regulations, contract pharmacy operations, and vendor platforms.
- - Experience working with EMRs, pharmacy data, and compliance tools.
- - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field required; advanced certification or MBA preferred.

Role Overview:
The Manager of 340B Execution Services plays a mission-critical role in optimizing program implementation and compliance across VytleOne’s health system clients. This leader will oversee contract pharmacy performance, data reconciliation, audit preparedness, and replenishment optimization. The role ensures clients capture value and maintain audit readiness through technology-driven and insight-informed execution models.
