Work in collaboration with Senior Director, Senior Manager, Account Coordinator and internal teams to develop proposals and integrated campaigns that meet the client’s brief and budget
With direction from Sr. Manager, Accounts & Client Success and in partnership with internal departments and client agencies, manage the team in all aspects of account servicing.
Assist in the consistent delivery of client communications (either direct to the Client or through Account leadership team) so as to provide updates, and action plans
Manage program budget, operational cost management, and support business development initiatives
Weekly status updates on program results, client program reviews mid/end program and Festival post-mortems
Utilize effective communication techniques and provide balanced feedback. Proactively identify problems and develop solutions
Support Senior Account Manager in the administration, delivery and maintenance of required client documentation including contracts, project scopes, client budgets, payment schedules, invoicing, change-orders, forecasts, reports, and surveys
Identify and support the organic development of incremental business within the department
Job Grade 3
Job Grade Salary Range: $60,000 to $78,000
Start date: December 4, 2023
Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
Weekly in office requirements:
Minimum 2 days (November to May)
Minimum 3 days (June to October)
Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
University/College Diploma
2 to 4 years of Agency client service experience
Brand marketing, event and sponsorship experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Experience working with multiple departments and different disciplines within an agency environment
Proven experience in event management and execution
Experience working in collaboration with creative design team and working within brand guidelines
Experience in supporting the production in asset builds such as signage, backdrops, activation builds, etc.
Understanding of Canadian event landscape, venues, and vendors
Ability to support in the design of compelling presentations
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in the workplace
