Recruit, hire, and train Account Managers and Associates.
Provide day-to-day coaching and performance oversight for Supervisor, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager roles.
Partner with Supervisor to manage schedules, ensure adequate coverage, and develop a pipeline of AM talent through Associate development.
Lead annual training, competency checks, and skills development across the AM organization.
Act as the direct point of contact for Clinical Operations, Audit/Compliance, and Onboarding teams.
Implement new policies, tools, and procedures across the AM team to ensure standardization and efficiency.
Support Community Care initiatives and align AM activities with broader operational goals.
Collaborate with VP, Provider Sales to support sales growth via inside sales strategies.
Serve as a communication conduit between sales leadership, onboarding, specialty pharmacy, and BI reporting teams.
Provide visibility to new AM activity, provider onboarding, and policy changes across Specialty Rx and Infusion verticals.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in account management, customer service leadership, or healthcare operations.
Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Specialty Pharmacy, Home Infusion, or related services a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience developing team training programs or competency assessments
Familiarity with CRM platforms and provider office workflows

Job Details:
The Manager, Account Management plays a critical leadership role in scaling and optimizing the performance of the Account Management team within CarepathRx. This individual will lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of Account Managers and Account Manager Associates. Working closely with the Supervisor, Account Manager and Senior Account Managers, the Manager will oversee operations, ensure alignment with compliance and onboarding processes, and lead key initiatives across both Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy business segments.
This role serves as a central point of coordination between provider-facing teams, clinical operations, and internal leadership, ensuring a consistent, high-performing Account Management structure that supports both team growth and patient care continuity.
