What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily treasury operations, cash management, and accounts payable functions
- Oversee banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize cash management initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the insurance industry
- Previous management experience in treasury functions and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in treasury banking systems and financial software packages

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with risk management and coordination of banking relationships
- Familiarity with JPMorgan Access, SAP General Ledger & Accounts Payable, and Microsoft Office products
