      The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for all facets of growing and maintaining a high performing team to ensure complete review of outstanding accounts receivable. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the operational collection of accounts receivables and ensure timely collection of claim payments. Other responsibilities include:

      • Establishing and implementing policies and standard operating procedures while implementing internal controls and process efficiencies to improve team productivity

      • Implement, design, and maintain internal controls related to contract reviews, billing processes, credit and collection efforts and account reconciliations

      • Ensure transactions associated with collections and cash posting processes are accurately recorded and receivable accounts are reconciled timely

      • Develop KPI’s and metrics for trend analysis affecting accounts receivables and collection of aged claims

      • Manage month-end processes and collaborate with other internal support teams increase operational efficiency

      • Apply industry-standard problem-solving skills to different accounts receivable challenges

      • Provides supports to supervisor and SME’s by identifying potential optimization within the team, and ensuring proper training is being provided

      • Maintaining written and oral communication with internal stakeholders regarding updates and team productivity progression

      • Carry out performance evaluation of personnel and recommend appropriate actions

      Requirements:

      • High School Degree required. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting or business preferred

      • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

      • 5 years of experience managing a team

      • Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of accounts receivable and related functions

      • Extensive knowledge and experience in revenue cycle, payment posting, recoupment, medical billing, and third party administrators billing guidelines

      • Highly oriented to detail, planning and organizing skills

      • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

      • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make progress with imperfect information

      • Timekeeping and human resource system experience (i.e. Workday)

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

      • Exceptional reconciliation and analytic skills

      • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have a dedicated approach to work


      If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

      For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 83,000 - 138,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

      This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
