      Responsible for management of Infection Prevention and Control for Student Health Services. Responsible for managing ancillary operations, including laboratory, physical therapy, radiology, and pharmacy within the Office of Student Life-Student Health Services which primarily provides healthcare to OSU students; participates in various aspects of student health services, including leadership, planning, personnel, budgeting, and continuous improvement; collaborates with various campus departments and personnel to meet the mission and goals of the organization.

      Additional Information:

      Qualifications
      Required: Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field. 7 years of relevant work experience; working knowledge of health information systems. Exceptional management, motivational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills; Experience upholding high standards of customer service, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and database management. Certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology (a-IPC or CIC).


      Desired: 12 years of relevant work experience. Extensive experience managing in a medical setting; Experience working with and facilitating teams and committees; A record of consensus building and team problem-solving that utilizes the diverse backgrounds and contributions of all staff.

      Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen and background check.

      Target hiring salary is $87,400 to $114,900.
