What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and refine processes for performing analytics implementations
- Develop and deliver a training program for technical staff
- Manage a group of technical consultants
- Mentor junior team members
- Evaluate business objectives and develop tracking strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Adobe Developer certification
- Minimum 7 years of experience implementing web analytics tools
- Minimum 4 years of web development experience
- Strong understanding of HTML, web protocols, and advanced JavaScript skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
