Job Description
- Req#: 29230
- Maintenance of Plant & machinery as per SOP.
- To take care of day to day engineering activities (like routine maintenance,Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance ,modification) in plant & utilities.
- Operation & Maintenance of utility systems( like HVAC, Water System, Refrigeration system, Air Compressor, PSA Nitrogen, Cooling Tower, Boiler, DG Sets, etc.) as per SOP.
- Compliances to Safety Procedures, cGMP & SOPs.
- To maintain the documents of maintenance work as per the requirement.
- Coordination of interdepartmental activities with colleagues.
- Revenue & Capex Budget preparation, tracking & control.
- To participate in vendor & regulatory audit.
- To carry out the change control, unplanned & planned deviation, CAPA review report, document retention, Audit response, review of SOP’s.
- Preparation, execution & review of HVAC & utility qualification activity & documents and review of these document.
- To provide engineering Support for equipment qualification of plant & machinery.
- To indent the engineering inventory.
- Co-ordination & follow-up with purchase department, supplier for procurement of spares, maintain inventory & service related to maintenance & projects.

Experience: 10-15 years experience of Mechanical Engineering in API manufacturing plant
