Job Description
- Req#: 71942
- All equipment installations throughout India.
- Selection of vendors to supply and install Kemira specification equipment covering all of Kemira’s product range.
- Protecting Kemira’s equipment Intellectual Property and implementing confidentiality agreements where required.
- Establishing and managing the customer equipment workshop.
- Ensuring all need equipment back ups and spares are available to support Kemira’s field equipment.
- Supervising all Kemira and out sourced equipment engineers.
- Ideally requiring > 10 years proven Equipment Management and Customer Support Experience
- Excellent knowledge of Equipment applications, installations and trouble shooting.
- Mechanical Engineering back ground
- Good communication skills
- Project management skills essential
- Good negotiation skills for dealing with Vendors
- Good Team Coordination and Cooperation skills
- Good equipment engineering knowledge
- Able to coordinate with electrical and programming (PLC) teams
- Preparing equipment manuals for sales and customers where appropriate
- A positive attitude to building a business
