Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Implementation and EDI teams, including performance reviews, coaching, and career planning.
- Ensure training, development, and compliance assignments are completed for all team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Maintain high quality standards for all projects and optimize processes.
- Balance personal implementation projects with oversight and personnel management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge and experience with NextGen PM and system Clearinghouses.
- Familiarity with other Insight program products such as InstaMed, Refund Manager, NextGen RTS, etc.
- Strong understanding of paper claims, electronic claim and ERA files, payer and clearinghouse rejections.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new products and services under the Insight umbrella.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
