- Develops, implements, and evaluates ATS Learning policies , through stakeholder collaboration, feedback, and engagement.
- Analyzes performance and effectiveness of ATS Learning policy, integrated Quality Assurance, and compliance processes.
- Conducts training reviews related to student progression to ensure compliance with ATS Learning policy.
- Develops and maintains ATS Learning Audit Framework, processes and tools.
- Conducts audits to evaluate compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
- Identifies trends and non-conformities through audit activities and recommends, monitors and reports on corrective actions and mitigations.
- Reports on compliance audit, corrective action and process improvement trends and performance.
- Post secondary Education with specific knowledge in the areas of Adult Education, Psychology, and/or compliance auditing.
- 3 years supervisory or management experience, an asset.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience developing business relationships with internal and external clients
- Experience in developing and implementing new working tools or technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Ability to lead, motivate and coach to positively influence culture and employee engagement
- Ability to facilitate collaboration with internal and external groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage projects and create a methodology for organizational and training initiatives
- Ability in analyzing or auditing related to ensuring compliance
- Ability dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Ability in managing corporate culture change
- This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
- Occasional travel required

The Manager, Air Traffic Services (ATS) Learning Policy and Quality is primarily responsible for the development and oversight of the ATS Learning policy framework and ensuring regulatory compliance through auditing. The role also responsible for integrating quality assurance and alignment to the NC-QMS Program while focusing on the effectiveness of internal processes and continuous improvement.Job Description
