      Within Advisory, PwC has a large team (GovTech) that focus on transformation in Government through
      Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and
      bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and
      effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire
      project delivery he/she entrusted with.
      Broad Role / Responsibilities
       Project Management, BPR, office administration, GPR, Bid Process Management
       Independently handling similar e-Governance assignment in large scale projects in India as a
      Project Manager/leader/ Team Lead
       Understand the technologies used in Land Management like GIS, Digitization, Surveys
       Experience in conducting capacity building training.
       Good is client relationship and team management

      Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements
      Minimum 15 years of work experience with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in Land Records
      Computerization, Digitization of Land Parcels, Use of GIS on Land Administration OR similar e-
      Governance assignment in large scale projects in India as a Project Manager/leader/ Team Lead.
      Specific Past Work Experience Requirements (Essential)
       15 Years of experience
       Out of above 6 years of relevant work experience in Land Records Computerization, Digitization of
      Land Parcels, Use of GIS on Land Administration OR similar e-Governance assignment in large
      scale projects in India as a Project Manager/leader/ Team Lead.
      Educational Qualifications
       B.E / B.Tech. with MBA in any stream
      Certifications (Desirable):
       PMP/PRINCE 2/ITIL certified
      Personality traits (a must)
       Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
       Ability to handle complex assignment independently
       Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
       Ability to interact with client (senior government officials)
       Demonstrating willingness to ‘get hands dirty’ and developing a problem-solving attitude
       Strong personal and professional presence and self-confidence, capable of working effectively with
      senior team as well as all other levels.
