      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop specific strategies in Eastern Canada to drive products into the builder market
      - Collaborate with retail account managers on joint business planning and retail sales execution
      - Lead the development of a new in-house system to manage outstanding quotes
      - Identify and recommend new partner relationships to achieve sales quotas
      - Manage relationships with key sales accounts to maximize business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales (or equivalent) from a recognized university
      - 5-7 years of industry experience
      - Strong knowledge of Home Appliance products and competitors
      - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
      - Must be highly self-motivated with strong presentation and project management skills

      - People management experience
      - Demonstrated negotiating skills
      - Highly developed communication and relationship skills
      - Capability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and assignments
