What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership, training, and operational support to the Business Office Team
- Develop and implement workflow and system enhancements
- Monitor team performance to ensure service level agreements are met
- Coordinate with other managers on narrative updates
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act and Department of Education guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to interact professionally with students and staff
- Advanced knowledge of financial aid
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in higher education administration
- Knowledge of modern customer service practices
