What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
- Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns
- Create a vision and roadmap for the product that addresses stakeholder needs
- Partner with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to refine the roadmap and leverage insights from product launches
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Proficiency in handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R
- Strong communication skills to advance initiatives and create consensus
