      JOB PURPOSE

      Part of a 3-member team supporting the CEO in his day-to-day endeavors. Monitor and help in driving the Strategic initiatives of the organization which mainly trickle down in the form of CEO Focus Areas. Be aware of the key developments pertaining to the Airport which may be crucial with respect to the brand image. Track and oversee closure of key observations from the Senior Management. Critical review of internal and external communications and present the final version to the CEO with relevant input for decision making. Help teams with budgetary approvals for initiating various activities and projects by way of a timely nod from the CEO. Improve coherence between various teams to expedite decision making on cross functional issues. Act as an anchor for various teams for key multi-stakeholder initiatives/Tasks.

      Track and monitor progress on CEO Focus Areas, CEO BSC & ATRs from Management reviews and ensure closures within defined timelines. Time Sensitivity
      Collect, Integrate and analyze the relevant Data/information/facts to bring in holistic Business perspective facilitating Management decision points on important issues/initiatives/approvals. Time Sensitivity
      Review the Presentation Deck/Document prior to key meetings and share Pre-Read inputs for CEO perusal. Time sensitivity
      Analyze various MIS reports (Traffic Analysis, Operations report, Financial MIS, Incident reports) and highlight Notable action points to CEO/DEC members. As per Timeline
      Study, understand and critically review various correspondences/Communications/ reports/NFAs for necessary budgetary/concept/commencement approvals Coordinate with the initiators and brief the CEO
      Bring various teams on a common platform to arrive at common consensus and way-forward keeping in mind the time/cost/image sensitivities Coherence of the Teams
      Review and final edits of periodic internal and external communications/Correspondences/Newsletters etc As per Timeline
      Facilitate stakeholder visits and other important meetings Organize end-to-end on need basis without failure

      • Annual revenue budget of appx Rs. 6,000 Crs turnover.
      • Capex budget of Appx Rs. 300 Crs per annum.
      • Help departments with individual budgetary approvals within reasonable time

      OTHER DIMENSIONS

      • Supervision of about 2-3 Junior colleagues within CEO Office
      • Responsible to GM and CEO
      • Close interaction with the SPG, DEC, HODs & Vertical Heads

      EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

      • B. Tech/ BE /
      • MBA

      RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

      • Work Experience – 8 to 10 years of total experience – multi-department or variety in roles
      • MIS Analysis
      • Some hands-on experience in any of these - Financial Modeling, Business Analytics, IT Projects, etc.
