- Build and execute marketing programs that help dealers attract customers, increase sales, and grow our businesses.
- Ensure dealer-facing programs are easy to understand, accessible, and aligned with the consumer journey.
- Lead seasonal campaigns, product promotions, and national/regional trade show participation to drive visibility and demand.
- Equip dealers with marketing tools, materials, and in-store resourcesu2014such as displays, co-op programs, and merchandisingu2014that make it easier to sell.
- Promote adoption of digital resources like leads, and our reserve online program that connect todayu2019s consumer with the experience their seeking.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure all dealer support efforts are integrated and effective
- Tailor programs for different channels (specialty retail, wholesale, home improvement) to support business unit goals.
- Serve as a bridge between trade partners, sales teams, and marketing to align goals and ensure execution.
- Regularly meet with sales leadership and be present in the field to stay connected to channel needs and business trends.
- Oversee the accuracy and tone of dealer-facing content across platforms like myHHT.com.
- Develop KPIs and reporting tools to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 -10 years of marketing experience with a focus on channel, trade, or B2B2Cu00A0
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs that support sales and drive dealer adoption
- Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business unit teams
- Work is generally performed in an office environment, with flexible work schedule
- Proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook)
- Experience using Salesforce for campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing performance measurement
- Familiarity with dealer enablement platforms (e.g., SproutLoud or similar) to scale marketing programs at the local level
- Home or building products experience preferredu00A0
