  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide market-focused analytics and thought leadership to support PBM leadership and the sales organization
  - Track competitor activity and assist in building core market and competitor intelligence resources
  - Develop leadership-facing reports on market trends and competitive positioning
  - Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to support strategic prioritization
  - Present findings and results to various sales teams and key stakeholders
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, competitive intelligence, finance, marketing, sales operations, or healthcare operations
  - Experience researching industry/market trends, players, and events
  - Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite applications
  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve practical problems
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of pharmacy, pharmacy benefits, healthcare payer dynamics, benefit consultants, and/or providers
  - Experience in Sales or a Sales Enablement related role
  - Advanced PowerPoint user
  - Previous exposure to benefit consultant, health plan, or employer benefit operations
  - Experience with data visualization and CRMs
