What You Must Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, graphic design or related field, or substantially equivalent relevant work experience, required.
• Portfolio of successfully launched client projects and concepts across multiple media channels.
• Solid understanding of creative development, from drafting briefs to executing deliverables.
• Well-versed in the scriptwriting process and in crafting contributions to both short and long-form content.
• Ability to direct and mentor team members.
• Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details.
• Practiced time management skills and a strong work ethic.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Proficiency in Google docs and Microsoft Office .
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Passion for creating innovative campaigns and content that drives results.
• Thrives in high-energy, high-growth environment.
• Enjoys leading a collaborative team.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience and working knowledge of HIPAA.
• U/X experience.
• Experience with Asana, HTML, CSS, Processing, or After Effects a plus.
• Experience with Prototyping tools within XD and Figma.

CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
