      Job Posting Description:

      This is a hybrid role #LI-Hybrid

      Are you a seasoned content planner and project manager. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Content for the Chief Marketing Digital Officer (CMDO) division of the LCBO, you will lead the process for producing high-value content experiences that inspire, educate, and convert customers. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, external content producers and coordinators, you will be responsible for the successful planning, scope, costs, schedule, prioritization, delivery and monitoring of promotional content across key LCBO customer touchpoints.

      About the Role

      • Lead various teams through project planning and execution, leverage project management tools to develop timeline workflows and ensure all milestones are being met.
      • Manage stakeholder expectations; act as the primary point of contact and lead the briefing process, asset requirements gathering, resource assignment and implementation.
      • Manage multiple interrelated projects, juggling timelines, dependencies, risks, and available resourcing; find efficiencies, mitigate risks, and ensure success of all projects.
      • Define project scope, deliverables, and goals in collaboration with the Senior Manager
      • Streamline existing ways of working and identify new processes to drive efficiency and effective collaboration.
      • Drive execution of Content strategies and optimize the Content team’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and execute successful completion of content production.
      • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure digital content is maintained and integrated across various customer touchpoints in stores and online), this includes planning, development, production, analytics, publishing, and quality assurance.
      • Contribute to building digital content measurement plans and KPIs in the form of sharable recurring reports that reflect outcome and key learnings and insights.
      • Attend and/or lead various content strategy and planning sessions.
      • Manage vendor contracts and project budget tracking.
      • Lead and coach internal coordination team and assign all projects with qualified external talent.

      About You

      • Superior and multi-disciplinary business skills and knowledge of project planning, project management, knowledge that would normally be obtained through an appropriate business education and/or post-secondary degree or work-related equivalent in the field of marketing with a specific focus on digital content.
      • PMP certification.
      • 8-10+ years of content planning & project management experience.
      • Expert knowledge of project management tools and best practices.
      • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate multi-disciplinary teams, as well as key LCBO Leadership Competencies: accountability, customer-centricity, and collaboration.
      • Experience guiding others through project processes and influencing them without formal authority.
      • Experience managing teams of various sizes that include internal and external resources (production agency, vendor staff) regardless of geographic location where the resources are located.
      • Expertise in Microsoft suite of products such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and other productivity tools such as Trello.
      • Expertise in digital analytics and measurement across digital platforms, including producing reports that highlight KPIs and distill results.
      • Demonstrated knowledge of project cost accounting principles and practices and managing project budgets.
      • Knowledge of LCBO operations and understanding of policies, procedures, and practices.
      • Experience in procurement process and vendor management.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate issues and develop contingency plans.
      • Strong communications skills, both orally and in writing.
      • Superior leadership skills to manage both team members and senior management.
      • Ability to resolve conflicts at all levels with tact.
      • Energized by a fast-paced environment and can adapt and pivot direction when needed.
