What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support business strategy through software and business process deployments
- Coach teams on standardized practices and identify MVPs
- Manage Agile teams within JIRA
- Oversee cross-functional teams and business initiatives
- Facilitate daily Agile team meetings and monitor project progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain
- 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in supply chain planning
- Scrum Master Certification is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership skills and project management experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JIRA-Agile
- Previous experience in a supply chain function
- Strong team player attitude
