Job Description

- Own agreements and focused relationships with Contract Manufacturer partners resulting in approximately $50MM in spend
- Assist with development of overall Make vs. Buy strategy and specific business unit objectives based on research, analysis, and overall business needs
- Provide influence across multiple cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision making
- Influence and lead contract manufacturing relationships at senior leadership levels
- Promote, lead, and execute against company-wide programs such as Enablers and other cost management initiatives
- Ensure appropriate execution, project management and communication among cross-functional teams
- Provide connection and support to the Meals & Beverage Leadership Team as well as the Supply Chain Leadership Team
- Emerging ability to translate and align supply landscape, BU strategy, and Make vs. Buy strategy to execute against cross functional and company-wide goals and objectives
- Ability to build trust and create strong relationships
- Excellent skills in developing, influencing, and driving direction and moving strategies forward
- Effective negotiation skills and development of negotiation strategies across diverse relationships and contract agreements

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Contract Manufacturing or other Supply Chain related roles (Procurement, Planning, Commercialization, Business Operations, etc.)

General Summary
The Contract Manufacturing Manager, Meals & Beverage reports to the Sr. Contract Manufacturing Manager, Meals & Beverage and is responsible for all aspects of the relationship and operational management of contract manufacturing partners within the Meals & Beverage supply chain portfolio. This individual supports the overall Make vs. Buy strategy and helps drive key decisions within the internal and external supply chain network. The Contract Manufacturing Manager ensures project management, communication, and executional excellence and serves as the primary liaison between contract manufacturer and Campbell cross functional partners. Additionally, the Contract Manufacturing Manager is responsible for quality, service, inventory, production, material planning, cost, contract, and overall relationship management at contract manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical, creative, forward thinking problem solver, possess a lifelong learning/continuous improvement mindset, and communicate exceptionally well.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$85,900-$140,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
