      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and refine automation initiatives
      - Research and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements
      - Analyze data from various sources and present findings to stakeholders
      - Maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
      - Document technical details of solutions clearly and concisely

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of total work experience
      - 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases (MSSQL, DB2, Teradata, Snowflake, etc.)
      - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
      - 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with effective communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in the healthcare industry
      - Experience with large volumes of medical and pharmacy claims data
      - Familiarity with ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep
      - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
      - Knowledge of Python code development and GitHub management
