What to Expect
The Manager, CVF Servicing and Fleet Management is responsible for leading and championing the Mobility portfolio (commercial vehicles, class-8 trucks, trailers, fueling and charging equipment, robotics, and other Hyundai Motor Group products) for servicing, collections and remarketing teams responsible for the Commercial Vehicle and Equipment Financing (Mobility) customers and assets. This role will lead the FaaS (Fleet as a Service) program development and execution. In addition, this role will support the growth in HCA’s portfolio of Mobility customers by overseeing existing system enhancements, process improvements, and leading the servicing, collections and remarketing aspect of the new Mobility system implementation.
What You Will Do
1. Mobility Portfolio Oversight
· Lead development and expansion of servicing, collections and remarketing for Commercial vehicle and Equipment Financing and Fleet-as-a-Service.
· Champion Operations teams to maintain positive customer relationships and portfolio rapid growth.
· Provide accurate reporting on the KPIs and teams’ performance.
2. System and Process Enhancements
· Lead the Mobility system implementation for servicing, collections, and remarketing business.
· Enhance existing systems and processes to meet and support the Commercial Vehicle and Equipment Financing customers including
o consolidated billing o payment posting o incoming/outbound calls
o customer due date changes
o online billing
o repo and charge off accounts
o skip tracing on delinquent accounts
o extension agreements
o titling and remarketing activities
3. Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
What You Will Bring
· Minimum 5-7 years progressive commercial financing operations experience, including Commercial Vehicle and Equipment Financing.
· Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
· Truck and trailer financing background a plus.
· Daybreak and/or ALFA knowledge a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Thorough knowledge of compliance laws related to commercial vehicle and equipment lending, contracting, funding, servicing, collections and remarketing.
· Thorough knowledge with commercial fleet servicing.
· Knowledge of commercial vehicle and equipment financing ecosystem, including titling, UCC, repossession, telematics, etc.
· Self-starter with excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
· Relationship building skills with both internal and external customers.
· Ability to lead, motivate and develop direct reports.
· Intermediate to advanced user experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
